Gaming Theater Agreement 

Thank you for choosing us to celebrate this special occasion. We strive to make your time with us a unique and exciting adventure. Please give us some details to make this a personalized event to celebrate your child.

                                                                                   Terms and Conditions:

To officially secure your date, a deposit of $100.00 is required. The deposit is nonrefundable due to the customer's cancellation. If the event is rescheduled 14 days prior to the event, the deposit will transfer to your next event (Providing Xscape Reality is available on that date). The deposit transfer is a one-time courtesy. Cancellation due to the weather will be determined on individual terms.

The applicant is responsible for any damage or stolen property of Xscape Reality Gaming. Security cameras are located inside and outside of the theater for the safety of Xscape Reality and our guests. By paying your deposit you agree to the terms of the cameras.

The applicant is responsible for providing an area that will accommodate the Gaming Theater to park the 40 feet truck and trailer at their desired location. The applicant is responsible for providing a parking space that does not require pulling into a residential driveway. By paying your deposit you agree to the terms.

We ask the applicant to give us a 30-minute grace period to arrive. If Xscape Reality must utilize this 30-minute grace period, we will call or text to inform you. 

Pictures may be taken during your event. These pictures maybe used on social media or for  business promotions. We will respect any request NOT to take pictures during your event. Please email or text a NO PICTURE REQUEST @ xrmobilegaming@gmail.com or 980-298-8911 prior to the day of the event. This request will NOT have an influence on the services performed by Xscape Reality Gaming.
